Jeeeeeeeeesus. When will everyone get off the Okuma train. I see enough of those damn things broken, breaking, or going in for repair.

Just received the news on my rebuilt Toriums, not rebuilt full of sh-- and one still had old grease like the stuff it came with. I cannot believe I got ripped off so bad. Both need parts. Going to make sure Shimano and Okuma reps know what is going on at that shop.. I even phoned and talked to the owner at the place i had them rebuilt, nothing. wish i had that much business that i did not care about clients. Not...word of mouth is the best advertizing you can get and i got nothing good to say. very pi--

Not at all unusual, a lot of guys don't bother removing old grease they just pile new stuff on.
Maybe they don't like the fumes from a jar of solvent sitting on the bench or they're just lazy or whatever but it's still poor maintenance.
