Penn Swivel Base

Just wondering if anyone has a Penn Fathom Master Swivel base laying around or if you know if any outdoor outlets on Van. Island that sell them.

Had a buddy running Penn's and he ended up making an adapter plate for a Scotty swivel base. Might be able to order one from Cabelas?
