Sometimes it gets me offshore, sometime it doesn’t as well… last trip off the west side I was feeling poor for about a day and half, then it was like a switch flipped and I was fine for the balance of the trip. Sucks toughing it out for the first couple days, I’ve got dramine on my list for next time.

Actually, it's neither. Weird middle area. A compounding pharmacy will make up meclizine capsules for you, prescription not required. But it's not a packaged proprietary product either.
