Online Courses for Hockey Parents

I have coached for the last 6 years. Ive taken this course. Ive dealt with these parents. Ive been called a f*&^ing ahole by a parent. This will make no difference at all. Its always the same problem people. Banning the problem parents is the way I see of fixing the issue.

IMO it's a start. At the games l have attended, most of the parents are fine, cheer when they should and do not get abusive towards the participants or other spectators. However there seems to be few that chose to vent their anger or frustration on the fans or participants. Some get completly out of control and spoil the game for the others. This is a progressive type of "disipline" that if implemented at the start of the season will either quickly thin out the ranks of the troublemakers or the players the team their children play on. Either way, it seems to me, the game will continue with just a slight hiccup.

I can see it now...soon we'll be required to take an online forum poster's course...:)

Seriously,it's tough to take the kid out of a parent.
