Old kelp kutter

had a friend give me a new old stock dodger called the kelp kutter

Thought I'd give it a try with some hoochies but wondered if it had any value before I got it wet?

Yep...used them years ago and they work, but have a heavy drag.
You will catch fish with them...probably not more than a plastic flasher....but who knows for sure?
