North V.I. lakes - June

We are planning a 2 week canoe & camping trip [8D] on the north end of Vancouver Island (Campbell River to Port Alice) from June 9th to 24th. Hoping to explore [?] as many lakes and beaches as our Honda Civic can reach. It has been 25 years [V] since I last did a similar trip. Any advice [^] would be more than welcome (steve@aye1.com).

islandboy, as i stated to kelly in another thread, go pick yourself up a copy of the backroads map book, trust me its well worth it, as for lakes inbetween Campbell and Alice, thousands to choose from, are you lookin for lakes to do a couple days on with a canoe or are you lookin for outback little fishin lakes?
