Nootka Prawning

I am going to Friendly cove Jul 26-Aug 2. Is there any good place for prawning and crabbing or should I leave traps at home?? Thanks for any feedback.

A few years back I dropped the traps near Cougar Creek and got a few prawns. We tried moving them around a few times while we stayed in the area....but we never got more than 5-10 or so in a trap. They were good sized though!
