Noob Halibut Limit Question

The daily limit is one (1) per day with a possession limit of two (2). I get the one per day limit, but can someone explain the "possession limit of two" ??

If you are not taking them directly home you can have two in possession...ie camping trip. Basically you can catch one everyday as long as you take it home everyday. "home" is a loose term as well. Thre are other ways around it too but that is the basics. catch one camping and eat it that night..... not in your possession anymore......

Yep, that's wrong. The possession limit is away from your residence.
