New Soft top for boat

looking for a shop in the Nanaimo area to make a new canvas top n side curtains for my boat, must be reasonable... going with a black canvass... anyone able to point me in the right direction it would be appreciated thanks...

In case you can't you can't find one....If you can come down here in Vic...The one for double eagle was top, side curtains, clear drop back and a sloped drop back for 1700.00 ..About 800 less than everyone else and good work.

Got some work done by H.A.M. Upholstery that I was very impressed with.He's just south of Chemainus on Bell
McKinnon Rd.Good guy and I thought he was quite reasonable as well.

That's the way it should be. Hot days, no top so no problem. Cool breezy days, black top gains a couple degrees from the sun and keeps the wind off. Perfect.

Actually one thing forgot to add if you get it done get them to make it so you have seam in front...so you can undo a few snaps up front, and stick your head out....Works great when docking etc, and getting to front in emergency.... Mine had velcro seam that overlap the canvas and worked like charm.... If you get it oversize if you stand up in..The hourston and DE have pretty small window.... I wish at the time I had put a few clear windows in mine so I can have extra visibility when sitting from back or standing up etc. looking forward. I had a black one.....Never an issue in summer with heat, and was good in winter..

I think my boat needs the same style as you had on your 16'DE , I will have a zipper or Velcro seam by the drivers side to pop my head out for navigation, I don't think I need a clear back drop curtain but I like the idea of a storage back cover for now with the option to one day add a camperback to completely stay out of the rain.. but for now I want it like you had there, raised up a bit in the front, cover the seats .. and two side curtains..

How bigs the boat? Just replaced my soft with hard top 18.6 DE, have the old top in shop. Its green and could do with new plastic sides, a start and all for $100 with bars?
