New Kid In Town

Five months tomorrow and yeah, just past 50 pounds!
Going to be a Bruiser.

Ila is not in heat, but is playing the part of Harlot.
And he seems to catch on to that quick.

Decided not to breed them as we really do not have the facilities to look after pups at this place.
She will be off to the vet soon to ensure that doesn't happen.

Life is Great with these two!

They stay a long ways away, so we but rarely see them.
Like once a year... maybe.

Every now and then Ila gets tired of Taniq's rambunctiousness and seeks shelter.
She knows she is now far to big to share the sofa with my Lady.
So she acts like a cat and sits on the back of said sofa.
Hilarious!

Taniq has an unusual habit of moaning or groaning in his sleep (growing pains I guess).

So I looked up the Inuvialuktun words for that.

Had a German Shepherd Boxer cross that used to do that. Would sit on the back of the couch and stare out the window, keeping an eye on things. We also had a wet bar in that place and when folks were gathered around having a few drinks he'd use the back of the adjacent lounger chair to belly up to the bar like everyone else.
