Can it be true only one area open, 23-10 in November?

Yup. When it spiked in the summer, and shut down, levels went threw the roof. One local lease owner told me we would be lucky to see it open before xmas. If you have been watching, it has slowly been getting better, and moving down the Island.
I'm hoping it opens before the new year.
