Here is how to find the openings and closures notice for an area.

Select recreational in this case













Select browse notice by fishery. Its easier that way. This will allow you to pinpoint an area without sifting through all the notices within that area. For example we are looking for Chinook for area 29 in this demonstration.














Select your managment area. In this case area 29. Select recreational salmon. Leave the "waters" blank. This will put the latest salmon notice at the top of the list. Select display notice












In this case FN0799 is the latest salmon/ Chinook notice as you can see it shows its printed date. Aug 9th 2024. Select that notice and it will display the notice.














Here is the notice. You must read the entire notice to understand it. Understand where your fishing and for what your fishing for to determine the openings and closures for selected area.
