Pretty sure i can help out
i will speak to the Nook tribe next week Blair ,
Poett Nooks had a very successful program , many years now,
many of us were lucky enuff ta reek the rewards , it REALLY helps ,
crappy part is the Aug 1st new regulation ,no fish over 77cm in the whole Sound ,
wonder if dfo would ever consider keepin a shoreline area open , from say, somewhere around the whittlestone shoreline
all the way down to the sarita closure , these fish are NOT the fish in question , just a dream ! i know : )
pretty sure most head up the Sarita , but we did find a few fish lay there eggs in the creek
the amount we see return to the nook area is quite surprising , kinda cool ta see
