Mustad E-chip Hootchie Supplier

Anybody out there seen a local supplier for the Mustad hootchies with the E-chip in?

Not even on their web site. Only supplier I can find online is back East...

Sounds interesting enough that I'm willing to give them a try

I bought one at Canadian Tire in Sechelt. I have seen the E-chip flashers at Walmart. Prefer to buy from the small local tackle shops but sometimes I'll pick up the odd thing from the box stores.

SIR-I am suprised that you would even consider using something like the E-chip the way you have been reeling them in up in Powell River! I thought it was only us Sechelt fisherman that were looking for that kind of help

RVP - can you let me know when you get them in stock. I'd be interested in the convict/glow, white/glow and army truck/glow patterns. I'd also be interested in Pro Troll ProChip 8 and 11 white flashers. Time to do some experimenting [8)]

Just picked a few up at Crappy Tire I took them home looked at them a bit, I proceded to cut the leader threw away the hootchies the hooks and the leader I tied a few of my own bait loops with fluoro and gammys. So I hope they work I think they'll slay they better it ends up being a pretty expensive rig when you consider you paid $8 alone for the mylar skirt. I hope in the futur you can just buy the mylar skirts with echips inside so you don't have to get all the other stuff you don't want.
