Musqueam First Nation signs Aboriginal rights deal with Ottawa

It doesn't matter who you are everyone has human rights and historic rights under the Magna Carta that can not be extinguished. Indians fall under the Indian Act which took rights away. Until the Indian Act is abolished the Government is still beholden and Indians are like everyone else, still chained.

They can not extinguish your rights. We also did not have a referendum at the time Canada's Constitution was formed, so we did not formally agree to the contract. This can be challenged, but finding the people daring enough and educated enough to handle the task may be challenging in it and of itself. A very educated individual whom was sharing his discoveries regarding the forming of Canada and the forming and implementation of the Constitution and was extremely well versed and great at explaining The Corporation of Canada and our De jure Government and laws was a fellow by the name of Doug Force - The Myth is Canada. He has since passed on.
