Missing areas on Garmin chart

I'm using the built in chart that comes with the GARMIN ECHOMAP UHD 74cv. How come some areas are missing?

Are they still missing when you stop panning and just zoom out...

The areas are missing when the scales are equal to or smaller than 8 miles...

Maybe if you zoom in a little slower? Maybe it’s just having trouble loading.
