Middle bank?

has any one fished, or know anything about Middle Bank SW of San Juan Island, half is in the Us and half in Canada.... I was wondering if anyone has halibut fished there with any luck.....thanks

Most of our (Canadian) side of that bank is closed due to an RCA (Rockfish Conservation Area). Was quite fishy before it was closed tho.

Thanks for your message, I heard from (friend) of a friend that a charter was out there in May, and they saw them bringing a few onboard.... Ive just never known anyone to fish it much
