Just got to throw my 2 cents in. I'm not a mechanic but I have worked a lot with an excellent marine mechanic who started in the 70's. Just thought I would be a "topper" Cars run at 190-195. Boats with fresh water cooling run at 160 ish. If you had 195 degree coolant running through your heat exchanger you will crystalize the salt in the saltwater that is running through your heat exchanger much faster at this temperature. You will clog your heat exchanger before you know it and have overheating problems.
