They changed the format of the Marine Forecasts today. Now available is a 5 day outlook, and if you look at the Navtex there is now time break downs for wind and timing. A little more information is always a good thing.

STRAIT OF GEORGIA -S NANAIMO:
WNG: NIL.
WND: SE10-20. 27/05Z NW10-15. 27/13Z LGT. 27/22Z NW10-15.
I would read this as follows. From the issue time until the 27th at 0500 Zulu winds SE10-20. Then from the 27th at 0500 Zulu until the 27th at 1300 Zulu winds NW 10-15 knots. And so forth.
