My son Nathan from PNT Parksville was an instigator and part of the testing team for Njord. He has run them on his HP's for a number of years now with no further issues. Running 18 to 25 lb balls in the deep can be hard on the oem spools. Njord's solution definitely rids any issues in the field. Great for hard-core and commercial users. Two thumbs up for Local.

Where can I buy 25lb cannonballs?

25lbs are they used for trolling for hali deep? I'm not a big fan of catching salmon 200 feet down but know it's common out at the hump near Comox.
Many anglers use 25 lbs cannonballs coastwide for many numerous species, salmon being one. I personally feel that they are very tuff on downriggers and better suited for use on a gurdy system with 1/16 wire. Not for me.
