Looking to rent a boat for next Summer June 28-July 3.

I am an experienced fisherman planning a trip with a group of other seasoned anglers. I’ll be bringing my own 18.5 ft Double Eagle but we’re looking to rent one additional boat to accommodate the group.

Ideally, we are looking for an aluminum boat between 18–24 ft, equipped with reliable, newer engines. I’m fully prepared to be fair with pricing and already carry rental liability coverage.

If you have a boat that doesn’t get much use and would be open to renting it out, it would be greatly appreciated. I take excellent care of my own equipment and would treat your boat with the same level of respect.

I’m happy to discuss arrangements in detail and provide references if needed. The dates of use next year would be June 28-July 3 2026

I hate to burst your bubble but the likelihood of someone who has invested a lot of cash into a boat like you’re looking for and to loan it to total strangers would be highly unlikely.

Also interesting choice for the first post on the forum… lol

The damage deposit alone would have to be huge imo and the what if something breaks or gets damage and the cleanliness arguments I could only imagine.. even with a deposit!

BUT I could be wrong maybe someone on here would be willing to take a chance. Good luck in your search

Totally undersatnd its a long shot, that being said Im confindent with my reputation and insurances through my company as far as coverage. Plus it could be a great way to connect with someone and maybe they end up comming on the trip insead of renting me the boat. Just figured Id put it out there.
