looking for Hali Anchor set up

Need to get set up for Hali fishing. I have a 19 foot cuddy and am in need of the whole rig. Scotchman to anchor. Money is an issue so looking for used as I would hope to pay considerably less than new price.

I got a used Danforth anchor for $20. I think I also have 600 feet or so of Poly rope for $20, so you would need chain and float.
