Looking for boat seat box

I’ve recently purchased an Arima Sea Ranger. I’d like to find a fibreglass seat box or two like the ones in this picture.
Mine only has the two pedestal seats.

Couldn’t you just add rear facing seats to those instead of the cushion? Could maybe reinforce or raise with starboard where cushion is if needed.

Those are what I’m looking for (or something like those). Currently I’ve only got two pedestal seats
