I'm looking for a cowling for an '84 Mariner 40E, anyone have an old parts engine in the back yard? I'm not sure what other years or models would be comparable.

Wasn't Mariner in fact produced by someone else, a company who's motors were identical?

I know, I know, it's an oldie, but with two guys, 28 mph on my 14'. Did some research, found out it was made in Japan by Yamaha, for Merc, and sold under the Mariner label, so just about anything should fit, right?
