Liner in cubby that runs lengthwise under gunnel...

Looking at potentially replacing the liner that is in cubby running length-wise down the boat (under gunnel), typical of Hourstons, Double Eagles etc.

The glue is letting go on mine, and material is peeling up. Side panels are curving over the bolts from rubrail (see pics).

Is this vinyl? Curious if anyone has experience replaced theirs.
