Looking for some insight. Pre 2016 Lenco Electro - Mechanical trim tab not responding on port side . I have voltage through the Switch and Control Box but no love with any movement. Spent several hours tracing out the system and all connections seem solid . Anyone who has some experience troubleshooting ? Thanks in advance
