there is also a place called permacote just off douglas by pauls motor in, you can probably wheel and deal with him if you have more than one, especially later in the day he likes to have a few , but he does good work

Island Blue Print in Victoria did mine. They are @ 905 Fort St. 250-385-9786. One I have has to be 10 yrs old(used every year) and still is sealed. We use it in the Zodiac in the Broken Group in Barkley Sound.
