Kyuquot in June?

a buddy has a place in the sound and has offered me to come visit and stay at his float home. i'm wondering if mid to late June would be a good time for slammin salmon. my boat is on the small side, a podded 16 silver streak open. decently wide and deep, but not an offshore boat or foul weather boat. any insights welcome.

A well regarded long time poster did a trip there last June and reported being pleasantly surprised at the results-very steady fishing.

We fished Kyuquot June 23-26 last year out of Rugged Point lodge. Chinooks fishing was really good and the fishing grounds are only 10 min away. There’s also squid fishing around then too and bottom fishing is incredible there. PM me if you want any information.
