Keep your silver silver for Photo later

I have found if 6mill U/V polly for structural build ,Ice in a styro,fish, box, your silver sidded salmon won't change to darker shade for photo later and might get brighter silver.how do you keep your fish once caught for photo later.

My ice would be in the styro tote the polly would be folded over the fish with bellys were the tag ends of polly are and polly tag ends above the ice or water each fish folded individualy .that chrome will shine life like for day after ice melts.
