Job in fishing lodge West VS East

Hello everyone,
I have heard that working in a fishing lodge is an amazing summer job. I found a little bit of information about the WestCoast but almost nothing about the East.
Can someone help me compare both sides. I'm not looking for a guide position it would be mostly receptionist or maybe even as a cook.

Not much for saltwater sportfishing at all in eastern Canada and if it's a lodge you want to work for there are a few expensive Atlantic Salmon freshwater fly fishing places and that's it.

Much more opportunity here in BC.
