This unit is ideal for someone with a tiller handle Merc kicker who wants to control from somewhere other than the kicker itself.

iTroll is great, I have it connected to Powrtran Python remote steering - controlling throttle and steering from the same unit is very convenient. It is not autopilot, but it is the next best thing imo.
