All that said, I agree with the intent of the post...really, how many fish does one need. I would like to see a Hali tag system similar to Chinook, and set the limit low - like 10 fish. No one really needs any more than that. I would be afraid to see it much lower because it would have the effect of encouraging guys to target the barn door spawners...which would be a disaster for the fish.
