How do upload an image to send on private message?

Why am I unable to upload images off my computer to send in a private message. Is this not allowed?

I see the icon here to upload images. It's at the bottom. It's not on the message I want to send.

I’ve never been able to send a pic via private message but I thought it was just an iPhone thing?

Just ask for a phone number and text them

I have tried many times and have brought this to the attention of Admin and they weren't able to fix it.

Haven't tried the copy and paste method but when I was trying to help Red Monster out on Saturday I was able to do the first two methods on my iPhone and laptop without issue.

Didn't help because the icons here are not the same as when I send a message. I could use the picture icon here to send an image, but it doesn't work the same way when sending a message. I tried copy and paste; it didn't work either.
