We used College Pro and after a couple of return touch ups, overall they did a great job and I was convinced the wages earned went towards their education. You can probably get cheaper quotes though, but you reap what you sow!

Yes, it really depends on your estimate and who shows up for work. You have to monitor them daily. I am sure you will get many opinions, like you would buying a vehicle, it's buyer beware. Do your research, get quotes. Good luck getting a quote and receipt in writing if it's a cash deal.

College Pro is cheapo quality, avoid. No point in getting poor quality work done for something you'll only do every couple of decades.
