Honda 9.9 (needs lower unit) / or WTB lower unit

I have a Honda 9.9 4-stroke (circa 1990) with a good powerhead (recently assessed by a reputable marine mechanic) and a bad lower unit. Will sell the outboard as is for $650. If you have a good lower unit from a 9.9 or 8hp Honda, I would be interested in that too. I'm in Coombs.
