Happy Halloween. Low key last night. Turned on a nice movie...

Blustery and chilly as the sun was setting, I thought the numbers would be low this year and we could watch the end of the Blue Jays uninterrupted. Nope, over 200 kids to the door, didn't peter out until 9 pm. And family in Australia called as the 9th was beginning, oblivious to both Halloween and the world series.

No kids here for the third year, Halloween has turned into a big kids event

We live at the top of a hill so only got a couple. Not enough to fill the freezer.

my sons best friends family on our street are Halloween crazy and decorates their whole yard, set up a tent and fire pit and it’s spreading. Their neighbour did the same thing and guy across from me has a top decorated yard too. Most kids we’ve ever had. Dad bod is in full effect and trying to decide if I should take these Prawning today or skip the rain and save them for tuna.
