Grandpa's Old Salmon Plugs - Help Identifying

[Pineapple Express]

These two plugs belonged to my Grandpa. He would've been fishing around Howe Sound in the late 1960s and through the 1970s.

First plug:






Second plug:

Note this one looks almost like it's painted to look like the bait fish is going backwards in the water. The plug is hollow and has a rattle inside. Quite loud when shaken (in the air at least)

Nice, I just looked it up...the first one is an exact match for a Mac's Squid. Any ideas about the second one?

That Mac's Squid will work just as well today.

The second one has the look of an Arbogast Mudbug.

To me they look like Mac Squid, Bomber, and Disco. Lyman also marketed a plug that looked like a Mac Squid for a short time.

The second one has the look of an Arbogast Mudbug.
