At the end of the season this year when i was pulling the boat i did a quick walk around and Im always checking the hull and notice the back starboard side was super flexible. I had a hard hit on that side about 4 season ago did a quick fix and now it was super soft.. Called extreme Fiberglass and they were able to get it in last week and to date there service has been great. Looks like the wood core has rotted out.

I don’t know **** about f@ck but it looks like they cut out most of the boat. At some point, doesn’t it make sense to separate the two halves of the hull and tackle it from the inside?

Extreme has fixed my buddy’s boat a few times from log hits, he runs the same waters as Derby, he’s in line for another fix now( he hit a log in August ) they do amazing work, if I ever have structural repairs I can’t handle I would pick them to fix it. I am sure @Derby will be pleased

Put new core in, glass it back up. Fair it out, match the gel and spray the whole side. Not a cheap solution but better than any other option. Make grady great again Deryk! Ps. I'm surprised they core the hulls on the 232. I know our 228 wasn't cored. I know the bigger expresses are cored and they have issues. To bad they didn't use a closed cell foam.

The 330 was well known for this issue
