GPS/Sounder not working

I have an Eagle Seachamp 2000 (lowrance equivalent bought used a few years ago) which has been good to me, but today shortly after it acquired position at a new location it powered off.
I hit power and saw the screen for a sec then it powered off again. Then nada.
We tried a new set of wires and nothing.

Anyone know a of place in the Comox valley to get it tested and or fixed?

Check your fuse holder, mine just did the same and it was losing connection there. I push the wires tight on the fuse it worked, stretched the spring a little and cleaned the fuse connectors.

Got a multimeter?
Check to see what voltage you are getting at the unit, I think if it is lower than 12vlts it goes into shutdown.

Hey IFL no joking aside sorry Bruce I do have a real issue with my Trailer supposed to guide tomorrow doesnt look good. My Bearings just blew apart and have really dammaged the spindle its a Venture trailer from the States and cant figure out if there replacable or even removable. Im assuming this isnt a driveway Fix?? Any words of wisdom??

Sounder and gps are fully functional. I also have a plethora of pre tied never seen water hootchies tied up with tadem 5/0.
