Does look like a good buy. Assuming no surprises in hull or power, the only money to spend is downriggers and kicker. Canvas even looks pretty new.

Probably still has the old back-to-back fold down seating. Replace those with a pair of swiveling captains chairs and you'll have a nice big dance floor for playing all the fish you'll catch!

PS, make sure you do a compression test on all cylinders and look at the leg oil prior to purchase. And a real good "tap and look" around the transom, bilge and deck.
