There are 6 of us going out to Ucuelet next week, Tues-Sat, and we are all rookie fisherman. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a guiding company to go out with for 1 of the days that we are out there?

Cheers
Jon

I'll definitely drop him an email. There are 6 of us, do you know what type of boat he runs?

Cheers

I don't but he will surely be on here at some point today. You can also try him on the FishBC board as well.

6 is two (2) too many for his boat (or any boat in Ukee) you'll need two boats, unless you like sitting on each other's laps that is.;)

Dog....I kind of figured it may be too many. I haven't seen note of much in the way of charter boats out of Ukee or Tofino for more than 4; unless you are on the Canadian Princess - aka Puke Boats ;)

HiYa Jon,

Just got back home today and saw your mail. Reply sent. 6 is indeed 2 too many for my rig. But, my partner is running a very well appointed 32 footer, and often takes as many as six out. His contact number has been sent to you.

Good Luck and I hope you have a most excellent time with whomever you get out there with. Been some damn fine fishing as of late. Hope that continues for your trip!!

Pippen: Thanks for the recommend! Appreciated!!

Cheers,
Nog

Will be out your way Aug 12-14.

HiYa Buddy,

Headed out offshore with the troll fleet on Friday. Back to Ukee no later than the 8th. Booked straight through the week, so more than likely about. And of course I'm in for a BS & Brew session :D

Staying on the same troller, running the 24 foot Hurston - 2nd boat, right hand side between A and B floats, Castaway on the sides.

See you there [8D]

Cheers,
Nog

Hi,

There are a few guides, including "IronNoggin" advertising last minute charter opportunities for that area on http://killfish.com . Failing that you could always give Jay a call in Tofino, he offers an excellent service, and his excursions are always memorable. Mason

Thanks for all your help everyone.

I'll let you know how we make out.

Cheers
Jon
