Yes it's a beautiful area-take some snacks a camera and spare batteries.

I have done it a couple of times, once as a boy, then again about ten years ago. It's well worth the trip. You get a very scenic view our working coast

How are the over night accommodations the website kind of makes it sound like you could be staying at any number of places.
