seems like a pretty good deal

didn't someone post that these types of floating cabin leases are impossible to get nowadays,

Seemed like a decent deal to me
 
In the mid 90s stayed on the original dock that was there with my 8 and 4 year old sons . They slept in the cuddy and I pitched a tent on the dock . We would shower and eat at Critter Cove. Sorry for the pics no iPhones back then

Gets you 700k gets you more than 1/3 of the way to waterfront homes with nice lots in Comox, plus things are sitting on the market too so offers may be accepted.

$250k for a Barkley sound float home in need of repairs and taxes/fines so might be able to get it cheap.
