Frozen Herring

I am coming from the US next week to fish Lake Athabasca for big lake trout. Last week a found a bait distributor (I believe in BC) and was hoping to call today about shipping 4-5 dozen frozen herring to our hotel in Edmonton, the day before we fly out. Of course today I search the web for an hour and can't find the place?

Any suggestions regarding such a bait distributor?

Any lake trout tips for Lake Athabasca are also be greatly appreciated. Thanks
