Decided to roll some Oysters in Purple Corn flour and see how it worked for a fry-up and it was delicious in every way if a bit too much rich food.
The Oysters were from Bayne's Sound by way of the Longliner down at Granville Island market almost certainly the Best quality Oysters I've ever cooked-so fresh plump & juicy.
