Facebook contest: Girls in Gear Calendar prize!

I have set up a Facebook page for Fishing in Sooke and Port Renfrew

The Facebook page is all about local fishing. If you want to join in and hear what's going on, visit the page and click "Like". You can also post your own photos or comments on the wall.

We are holding a contest to encourage people to join in. Everyone on our "Like" list on February 28th will be entered into a draw for two prizes:

1. A Canadian Girls in Gear 2011 Calendar. "Gorgeous models shot on location in Sooke BC"

2. A Fishing Sooke or Fishing Port Renfrew Tshirt.

Show you Like Sooke & Port Renfrew fishing and join in on the fun!




RULES (and the fine print):

-- To be eligible,
(a) you must be listed on the "Like" list for the Fishing Port Renfrew & Fishing Sooke Facebook page as of Feb 28, 2011, 6pm PST.
AND
(b) you must provide your name and a way to contact you (email, phone #, or mail address) to info@fishingsooke.ca

Hey Juan,

Are there any plans to sell the calendars for fundraising etc? Looks like you have a winner there. I'm sure there's more than a few of us that would spring for a copy of that one.
 
Hi BB...I should have made it clear, that calendar wasn't developed by me. I bought it from Eagle Eye. It was done last year by the mngt at Sooke Harbour Marina. This year appears to be sponsored by Pink Sugar Studios, with partial proceeds to Sooke Salmon Enhancement and Women's Transition House. They did a pretty limited run this year, only a few left at Eagle Eye. But I agree, it is a natural, seems a winner ... local gals in bikinis, combined with fishing. Hmm.

There's no way in H**L I'd be allowed to put this up in my female dominated household, not even in the "man cave" ... this contest ploy is really just a way for me to have a copy around the house for a month without raising too much suspicion... (though, no surprise, she saw through it in first 2 seconds...doh!)
