Excalibur Food Dehydrators

Ok Guy's, I am looking at buying one of the Excalibur 3900's. It's a 9 tray dehydrator. Anyone own one? Here's a link http://www.excaliburdehydrator.com/about.htm

Google them they seem to be the best. I want one for salmon and jerky....

We have found a great deal on them for multiple units ordered. Almost a $100 dollars less then anyone else around here in the Comox Valley..

I am not selling them, but if you want to be apart of the order let me know.

But what I want to know is buying one of these units the right thing to do?

Unfortunately FA the only Excalibur I am familiar with is this one:

And I HIGHLY recommend it!!

Of course the one you're referring to could likely come in handy making jerky out of some of the things it preys on!

i use to use the excalliber 2799-99 but found that it did not have enough power to crush my toona so i ain't using the bloody thing evr,ever agin.!

Nesco made a 2799....These are not Nesco's. I don't want to buy a Nesco. Did you check out the link?

Nesco makes them in Italy and if you want a good deal on one i'm selling mine next thursday around 9:28pm.
It works well and the warrenty last for 7 more years.

I have one, love it! I have used it for almost everything, fish, meat, making chips, crackers, have not found a flaw, I have it down with me in Mex right now to do my tuna and dodos. You will not be disappointed in my opinion.

I bought the 4 tray model on used cowichan ... It works awsome , its made over 30 lbs of jerky for me now
