Evinrude Icon Gauge - Fuel Flow

Question for any experienced Etec users:

I've got a 2019 135HO (G1 V6) with dual Tach/Speedo Icon Pro gauges. Currently the gauge is setup to display average/trip fuel flow. To reset, I need to hold down the mode button and then select 'reset totalizer' to start a new trip. I'd like to change this displays so that it displays the instant / current fuel flow (either gpm or gph), but for the life of me I can't figure this out - and I've gone through the Icon manual a few times.

One of the other things I've noted is that the auto winterization function also isn't available. I can still perform the oiling/winterization process manually with the throttle, but not quite as easy.

I thought maybe this was just a weird series of presets from the previous owner, and I should just do the master reset - but I was concerned this would reset the fuel tank/level settings, which might be a pain to restore.

I don't have any experience with the Icon gauges, but I do have the engine data cable from the Etec to my boat's NMEA network. I set it up to show real time mpg as a data overlay on GPS and sonar screens. Also shows engine temp, battery voltage and water pressure.

Thanks for the reply. Was this relatively straightforward to setup? I have a Garmin ECHOMAP 72sv GPS/plotter which can display all the typical engine parameters - but this was never setup/connected.

Would have loved to have a water pressure sensor - I always liked having it on my old Suzuki. Couldn't find the part number to add it to my Etec.
