Engine shake at idle Suzuki 300

Looking at a boat with twin 2016 zuk 300's with 1900 hours. At idle one of the engines shakes side to side significantly more than the other. I know its not normal as ive had a df300 for 6 years and its never done that. Plugs were changed but still doing it, seems to run fine and smooth elsewhere. Thinking it may be a cylinder not firing or compression issue. Thoughts?

Hooked up my SDS to the engine and could see the timing was quite a bit higher than other motor. Fuel injection rate was also higher. So im guessing its an injector issue throwing off the timing or vice versa.
