electric canner for salmon

I asked the question in the recipe forum but thought I'd post here too. Anyone use an instant pot electric pressure cooker for doing salmon

No, we do ours in a pressure cooker on the stove. I've never seen an electric one.

Hmmm interested in hearing about this too. My wife’s been wondering the same thing.

its not recommended as the electric pressure pots dont reach adequate pressure and temps for certain types of canning,
I looked into a while back for my sister in law and they cant be trusted
